An intimate space to focus, balance and move.
A studio led by STOTT instructors—celebrated globally for providing the most rigorous and meticulously detailed teacher training available, you’re in safe hands.
During the pandemic in 2019, I discovered my deep passion for Pilates; it evolved into a daily ritual that has since brought me tranquillity and a body strong enough to face life’s challenges.
In 2024, fueled by my love for STOTT Pilates and the challenge of travelling to London weekly for my practice, I decided to embark on my teaching training. Several years later, I opened my first studio in St Neots, and now I am excited to announce the opening of my second studio in Buckden. I hope you enjoy your practice as much as I do.

We are amongst just a handful of studios that offer not just Reformer Pilates but Tower Pilates and, coming soon, Wunda Chair Pilates.
We offer a premium, intimate space with a maximum of 5 per class, using solid maple wood reformers, built to the original spec, so we can work closely on postural deviations, joint mobility, and, of course, core strength.
I look forward to welcoming you to a class shortly.

Why should I practice STOTT and not another method?
When I decided to pursue my STOTT Certification, I researched for months, created Excel spreadsheets, and tried every single studio within a two-hour radius. Consistently, the best sessions were always with a STOTT instructor, which sadly were always in London, at the Kings Cross studio, where I trained.
The attention to detail and their overall knowledge were impressive, and I felt like a client, not just a bum on a bed. Some studios allow people to teach with online-only zero prerequisites qualifications and just a few weeks of training, yet they charge the same as a teacher who is comprehensively trained.
We maybe a little biased, but when it comes to our spinal mobility, muscles, and posture, nobody should be looking for compromise here. We should be looking to obtain a high standard of teacher, to ensure we don’t exasperate postural deviations for example, we should looking for the best, which is why I was so drawn to the STOTT method.
Can a beginner come to a mixed abilities class?
Sure! We can accommodate for newcomers in any class, except we also offer a specific Newcomers Class. This is to ensure you feel safe and comfortable before stepping into a Mixed Class, which may feel a little overwhelming if you are unsure about the fundamentals, such as footwork.
How old do you have to be to attend a class?
To attend a class, you must be 16. 14 to 16 year-olds can attend a private session with an adult. We offer private lessons for 2-4 people, and we often have families practising together!
Be part of our growing community. We’d love to see you at the studio and drop us a message here if you’d like to get in touch before booking a class or private session.
