With a huge amount of joy, I welcome you to Repertoire Reformer.
I am truly humbled and excited to bring to life a Reformer Pilates Studio where everyone, no matter their skill level, can appreciate the practice of Reformer Pilates!
Driven by a passion for the rich history of Pilates, which was once called Contrology, we will aim to share the practice of STOTT PILATES®, a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates.
Joseph Pilates famously said;
"If your spine is inflexible at 30, you are old. If your spine is flexible at 60, you are young."
