We offer exclusive memberships, private practice and group classes. We offer a premium, intimate space with a maximum of five per class, using solid maple wood reformers, built to the original specification, so we can work closely on postural deviations, joint mobility, and, of course, core strength. Our classes are suitable for any level, across our two refined studios in St Neots and Buckden. They mirror the scale of the original Joseph Pilates studio, meaning our instructors can give focused attention to every client. Your practice should never be a compromise.

Class Credits are a great option for those who don’t want to commit to a membership. You have two months to use your credits. Please note that these credits can’t be shared with others or transferred to another account.
Three mixed-ability sessions at our studios. You have two months to use your credits.
Six mixed-ability sessions at our studios. You have two months to use your credits.
Ten mixed-ability sessions at our studios. You have two months to use your credits.
We offer a limited number of studio memberships, which provide the best value for regular classes. Memberships are billed month-to-month and require one month’s notice to cancel, so please ensure you’re ready to commit beyond a single month before purchasing.
As a small studio, memberships are vital to sustaining our business while allowing us to offer a semi-private experience led by a fully qualified STOTT Pilates instructor.
Please review the membership details carefully before joining. Memberships may be paused for holidays, injury, or illness — simply let us know.

We kindly request that any cancellations are made promptly due to the limited availability in the studios.
Given the limited capacity of the studios, we must implement a fairly strict class cancellation policy.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of class credit.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you provide the required notice, we will do our best to accommodate you in a class at a time that suits you.
Please take your shoes off at the door. Slippers will be provided if you need to pop to the bathroom.
Please listen carefully to your instructor; your safety is paramount.
Do not be afraid to ask any questions.
Please do not use your mobile in class, but please feel free to take pre- or post-class photos and tag us.
Grippy socks are a must. As is hydration. Please sip water throughout to prevent cramps.
